It seems that Mirvac have lost the plot with Rhodes shopping centre, the fact that Top Ryde city is a bigger friendlier shopping centre, that Mirvac are worried that they will loose their customers.
Or is it that Ikea will build another centre in Hong Kong, Mirvac don't respect their customers even the owners of the shops their, increasing rents to excessively.
And they continue to tell everyone that their is no Asian community in Rhodes, hence the closure of the Asian market last year, now most of the young Asian community travel to Top Ryde to go shopping.
Ryde even have a shuttle bus service to pick the elderly and disabled up. Clean toilets aswell. Not much can be said for Rhodes, Disabled toilets are continuously locked, and if unlock are dirty with human crap everywhere.
Makes you wonder, where to go for shopping in the future
